Hartigan's hairbrained HealthID scheme screwed over shareholders real good. It's a boondoggle that no one can sell. Just ask the TX governor's office. Other than ego combined with gross incompetence, what would would possess any individual to pursue something this risky given that the company exists and functions as nothing but a useless parasite? And to still bullshit about it to this day?
