I got a response from Brian Kistler.
Maybe, just maybe. RGGI is legit.

We anticipate Wanda to be ready for sale early December and the cost will be somewhere in the $6,000 range.  Depending on the number of units ordered will depend on the price with volume discounts for a multiple unit order.  What type of operation would you be using Wanda for?
