Curious..has anyone contacted the two named SEC personnel who were heading up Joe's earlier SEC investigation as to his possible relationship SEC violations with Hempistry and CBGL's shell association(s)? Interesting that Hempistry introduced Joe as part of Hempistry mgmt team per FB..then SGMD invested $196k into {Joe's?) Hempistry for 12% 2019 KY hemp profits..only to have the hempistry.com website shutdown,Hempistry social media dried up, no company responses to inquiries,and the huge Hempistry 2690 Nebo Rd, Madisonville KY HQ location been put up for lease, and Jimmy & pal John Vu's private entity East West Pharma Group apparently emerge and replace Hempistry..WTF happened to the expected $196K loan proceeds and the Hempistry IPO SGMD participation PR fluff Jimmy?

Put out an 8k confirming SGMD exercised 30% Budcars option for all of Indigo Dye Group, and not limited to just Sacramento location only Jimmy..Prefer pronto rather than end of 36 month option expiration date..And dont forget the $50-60k L&L Cpas audit fee to massage shareholders insecurities..thx:)
