I see big buys on OTC. But, the OTC I like are ones that actually only start here and intend to uplist very soon. INQD gonna be hanging around just that much longer in OTC country due to delayed filings. But, I suppose it's better to spend months making sure they get everything correct than half ass them? Best happen real soon though. Too many investors patients running very thin.
