I would prefer that PT did a better job on his filings. These specified Items did not trigger thoughts of Mexus when listening to the video. But I can see how they would if they were in the forefront of your mind.

It is like the drilling issue that you made so much and I discounted in my thinking. If one is ready to find flaws then one will find flaws anywhere one looks. Eventually the number of flaws overwhelm the ability to see the positive things.

I do see flaws. The things you mentioned do fall under the category of one of PT's flaws: communication. Another is people he trusts, who don't deserve it.
What really concerns me the most is the use of loans which are paid by issuing shares. Understandable to get there but should be the first priority thing he stops doing.
Things that a BOD could help him with and if he gets the company up and running, I will expect him to get a BOD.
