DECN FAQ - "Call the company and ask."

Question - I posted a question on this message board, and I was told to call the company to get the answer, what does that mean?

Answer -

First, it means your question exposes something bad and or embarrassing about the company, in other words, a very good question on a topic that bullish investors want to avoid at all costs. Instead of answering it, to avoid addressing it on the board, you are pointed to call the company.

In this case, the company is little more than a solitary man. And so when you call the company, most of the time you are calling the CEO. He has plenty of time to answer and talk on the phone!

First, you will not be able to immediately ask your question to the CEO. He will demand personal information from you. Your phone number will be recorded, and he will ask for your name. He will ask questions about your DECN investment, and will then try to look up your name on a list he has of shareholders to find your name and address. He will use this information later, against you, if he doesn't like your question.

IF however he finds you are not a shareholder, you will likely be subjected to abuse. Unlike legitimate profitable companies, only "shareholders" will get "answers", yes many times even shareholders get deceiving or incomplete responses (see the SEC below).

Even shareholders at times get abused by the CEO, when calling. Mr Berman, the CEO, has a history of threatening them, and hanging up on them. Here are a few examples:

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=157767852

So, let's say you get through all that, and the CEO logs all your personal information, in case he doesn't like how the call goes. Will you get an honest complete answer?

Look no further than the SEC. What did they find when they questioned the CEO? Keep in mind, these are experienced investigators!

"After the Division’s interview with DECN’s CEO yielded more questions than answers, the Division sought a temporary suspension in the trading of DECN’s securities"

https://www.sec.gov/litigation/apdocuments/3-19788-event-2020-07-01-divisions-brief-in-opposition.pdf

Now if experienced SEC investigators end up with more questions than answers when confronting Captain Con-garoo, what chance would anyone else have of actually getting a honest complete answer from the Bozo in charge? The answer is none! So if the abuse and threats against callers to the company, already documented here, aren't enough reason, this is yet another reason there is no call the company moment!

Of course, the only reasonable conclusion is, at the end of all of this, you aren't getting a honest complete answer from the company, and you have wasted your time, while exposing your personal info, which might be used against you!
