Look MNK, far be it from me to waste any further board space attempting to explain it to you.

So if you wanna think/believe that the entire CLX jv partnership consortium doesn't need to release any value-driven contracts pre-merger so be it.

I 100% totally and completely disagree with you...as I firmly believe the only reason the CLX merger didn't close on July 15th as originally planned, is because none of the initial tri-fecta of companies involved imagined the potential global growth involved blowing up as fast as it has behind the scenes while we've been patiently waiting.

And if there was no planned value to be unleashed/unveiled pre-merger, then why didn't CLX just close the merger on July 15th as planned?

If/when you figure out that answer maybe then you'll see why not closing the merger on July 15th will end up being a blessing in disguise, because there's double the jv partners involved now than originally planned. And you don't get the double the partners involved because there isn't any relevant inherent value involved in the proprietary CLX tech platform...all imho of course...whether you or anyone else chooses to agree or disagree with my view of what's happening behind the scenes!
