And that would require pretending beyond pretending. Not only a $15M Phase 2, but any so called partner would be on the hook for a Phase 3 or triple it. And in the Kenny dreamworld if it would get approval, maybe $5-10M for a palliative indication? That insurers wouldn't pay for. Of course any partner putting up the money, would arrange it as a royalty payment once it hit the market. The going rate is 9-12%. So PMCB would get $500K-$1M per yr max as a royalty. Subtract out the $3.8M in recent operating losses/yr, and one still has a negative EPS. PMCB currently does better selling shares.

Simply because there is nothing to get. No partner. No successful trial. Just Kenny, and his PR pumps.
