God, Rocket. I know by the posts that you think the collective IQ on this board is around 61, but you and that constant hammering of propaganda does nothing to aid your advocacy. Wishful thinking of this stock taking off does nothing either. Responding by letter explaining why they did not appeal the ruling makes no sense from an investor perspective. What is needed is a release showing that there are more revenue generating contracts coming on board, not the opening of a bottling plant or they are active in 23 states, or they are hiring more salesmen or marketers.
