So, equipment sitting in the desert is perfectly fine, basically let it sit in 110 degrees for years, and things start right up? Has anyone here seen a heap leaching operation after sitting in the sun with little or no maintenance for a decade? I have.

The leach pad and pond liners were degraded and ripped, with pieces blowing in the wind all over the minesite. The PVC piping and valves were brittle and broken. A decade of summer storm events had washed away roads and berms. Vandals had stolen every foot of accessible copper wiring, and even broken into the enclosure with the transformers and stole them too.

As for San Felix, it seems that Mexus has no connection with that property anymore, so it is a moot point. They wrote off the $75K that was part of the payment to maintain the lease. More of investors' money thrown down a rat hole.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
