No,they lowered those Convertible Preferred shares from 100 million down to 99,998M or a drop of 2,000 shares. WOW!!

The AS is now 10 BILLION instead of 10.1 BILLION as verified by their transfer agent on 9/18/20. They have the wrong number of Common Shares listed on the Idaho website. It should say 10,000,000,000 just like it does on OTC Markets.


The float is 4.67B.
