Yeah, sure.

That passage shows what the leakout restrictions for the new stock granted to the unsecured creditors is in black and white. Like it or not. Things like that can be learned if the documents are read instead of just referred to.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
