So all in all we will be having 504 million shares out after the forward split when all is said and done. If we would split right now, the stock would open at 30 cents with 540 million shares out. Most of these shares will be restricted I guess. That would put us on a valuation of about 160 million at that point. The stock would then need to go up substantially to be able to qualify for Nasdaq.
The only thing that I don't quite understand from the 8k is that the new investors who will buy these additional 84 million shares postsplit, will be able to buy at 2 bucks postsplit as is written in the 8k, apparently this should be a good discount for them but 2 bucks postsplit is no discount, it would be the 60 bucks presplit that they think the stock is fairly valued so there is some clarification needed I guess.
