They are trading at all time lows. They must know where it's headed. Trying to get an R.S approved before the bottom. So many of them doing it now. Likely if they don't get one approved they'll lose their ability to trade .. Eventually they'll be forced to do it without a huge turn around and that's not looking like it's going to happen any time soon .. They were trading at close to 4.00 a year ago. They need a pump bad..
