Reviewed all the BK documents over the weekend. Looks like the Judge wants an Examiner to review this company's association with cannabis. Sure sounds like he and the Trustee want this garbage company thrown out of BK protection. If you look at their financials since they filed you will see that they do not have a chance to be a cash flow positive business and come up with a plan to pay back creditors. They just keep borrowing more money it seems like. This crap needs to be shut down to keep them from screwing over more creditors!
