Feeling more positive after last week's .0099 low to .012 high and closed .012 Friday, also liked the lower volume on an uptick week not just one day. No big block end of day or after hours trades either. MOU and $2.5 mill funding better than no MOU and no funding. Maybe look for clarification this week on the funding hoping they announce stages of funding lets see what happens. Also after hours Friday they said 30 people working there in next few months speaks to lets get past stage 2 yes makes sense get the funding hire workers. My guess is with action of progress funding will come easier. On negative side shares did increase by about 4 mill Saturday morning's report on OTC but far from the massive increases in August. Glta
