There are several pages of that agreement, way too large to post it all, which is why I referred to it by its docket #. Anybody that wishes can read the whole thing, but that is the passage that describes how quickly those new shares gong to the secured creditors can hit the O/S.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
