Well this kind of changes things....
Turns out as of July 5th 2018
Searchlight Solutions LTD is a subsidiary
of THISTLE INITIATIVES LTD out of the UK
Another source mentions Thistle Initiatives ltd being a private company in fine fintech and a couple other spaces including insurance. The second link below shows there head officers starting a week before taking over the company in June of 2018. Based out of the UK this may go a lil different than expected.
What if all that loading was UK London money gearing up to make some moves.
As a private company and still obtaining ownership of SLLN allows them to hit the US markets. Don't know much about the UK but I know they got old money and lots of it lol!
