It’s very sad and unfortunate that share holders might see a recovery.

So sad but possibly true


I think there are two likely scenarios

1) JCP will be outted and forced to emerge
2) All is swept under the rug and everything will be sold for more than the current public bid

The delays lead me to think this is likely but could all very well happen below 2B if there are no probable objections

3-6B seem likely to me

Above 6 would be impressive. EC is shooting for 8.5B
