As a decade in the court of Utah is coming to an end, the wheels of justice under Federal law begin to roll forward:
Fact: The judge did not dismiss the case or give summary judgment. He ordered and set a drop-dead date for mediation. For those of you who do not know what a mediation is, it is where parties to the lawsuit sit down and attempt to negotiate a SETTLEMENT. Fact: The judge thought the case had enough merit to order a trial if mediation does not work and she set a drop-dead trial date. A judge is not going to waste his time or the time of other people unless the case has merit. Period.
Those are the FACTS. As a side note, average people usually are the ones sitting on a jury. Average people hate it when a big corporation steals from a small guy. Even the possibility of this having happened is all they need to punish the big corporations. $Billions....why yes. $Billions are possible here!!
