Consolidated Due Diligence and VERIFIABLE FACTS about TRITOM:

SRMX has delivered TRITOM BC66 to T-Mobile for certification, and T-Mobile certified that it works on their network.

TRITOM is the ONLY device on T-Mobile's website that is a miniPCIe card that integrates in a very standard way with other devices and appliances.

TRITOM BC66 miniPCIe narrowband SMS modem is listed with IoT devices on T-Mobile.com (click device, then filter TriCascade or click page 3). There is only one other nb SMS device on T-Mobile.com, but the "competition's" SMS capability is limited to controlling the modes of the GPS asset tracking device. TRITOM BC66 is more than that! TRITOM BC66 is a modem that can be used to send or receive any small data message. There really is STILL NO COMPETITION!!

TRITOM BC66 Details PDF (notice CERTIFIED LOGO and link from T-Mobile.com)

TRITOM BC66 is perfect for small data needs when speed is not required, and an inexpensive narrowband SIM connection to T-Mobile's network is desired. Narrowband uses low energy highly reliable radio waves that pass through structures. The potential uses for the TRITOM BC66 are numerous. I expect TRITOM will be bought in large lots, enough to complete production runs of the products that integrate it.

I cannot verify the SBC-700 and BG96 on the T-Mobile website, YET, but the documents show T-Mobile certified!

There are prototype Ambient Air Quality Monitors with TRITOM BC66 which are active in California and can be viewed on the Rancho Santa Margarita website (scroll).

* The solution to the problem is basically the technology that TriCascade is offering.
* Though TriCascade isn't mentioned, they are entering that emerging market.

BUYOUT Considerations:
* T-Mobile or Microsoft are most likely to buy, IMO, but there are other possibilities. I don't know if a BUYOUT will happen, but I would LOVE it!

* What is the fully converted-diluted OS? Let's estimate 15B.

* For simplicity, let's consider the mystery investor ownership is included in that 15B, but because TriCascade share structure and ownership is not fully disclosed, the value of that is unknown.

* Insiders own a lot of SRMX shares, and they will want a windfall. That option didn't change, and shareholders will share in that windfall, IMO.

* What dollar offer for the BUYOUT is feasible or likely? I believe that the pre-revenue low number is $500M and the high number is $1B.

* BUYOUT PPS examples:
($500M ÷ 15B = $0.0333)
$500M = $0.0333
$750M = $0.05
$1B = $0.0667

$1.5B = $0.10
$3.75B = $0.25
$15B = $1

* Primary Assets include valuable TRITOM devices:

- TRITOM BC66 (ready, pre-revenue)

- TRITOM BG96 (ready, pre-revenue)

- TRITOM SBC-700 (ready, pre-revenue)

- Ambient Air Quality Monitor with TRITOM BC66 (ready, pre-revenue)

- Ambient Air Quality Monitor with TRITOM BG96 (this would be an interesting option for realtime readings)

- Additional assets such as SkiQ and home automation products could be updated for T-Mobile, 5G, and/or TRITOM integration, and that is certainly the plan, IMO.

Real News I'd enjoy:

* Buyout

* Revenue

* Purchase Order

* All Products listed on T-Mobile website (like BC66)

* All TRITOM and Ambient Air devices available retail (single units, Amazon)
- TRITOM, for prototyping
- Ambient Air Quality Monitor, retail customers, social network weather map
- I'd buy an air monitor for me and my community if I could afford it
- It's time to make the products available, even in single lots. IMO, that would open the demand flood gates!
- Is that feasible? I'd be curious why not!

* Share Buyback

* Dividend

* NASDAQ

* TriCascade share structure disclosure (mystery investor %)

* TriCascade Taiwan disclosure (I have limited understanding of Taiwan office, activity, and how it's funded, but I know there are at least 2 people that respond to technical emails)

* Update published for www.TriCascadeInc.com to highlight products that are available for purchase, and those that are coming soon (when?)

* Resolution or explanation of the long-discussed T-Mobile approved relationship-PR (still waiting for approval?)

* Confirmation or explanation of 1/13/2020 PR "Phidias Chou has joined Tri Cascade, Inc as an additional Director as well as serving as President and Chief Operating Officer"

* Disclosure of payment details for upcoming debt dilution. SPECIFICALLY, if REVENUE is expected, why is new debt dilution scheduled for the end of the year? For the cash payment installment portion, where is that cash coming from? Is that REVENUE?
Review Material Pending Legal Proceedings on page 14 of the Semi-Annual Report (on OtcMarkets.com)

* Yield sign removed (attorney letter before stop)

Patience, one step at a time.

Product and Sales Ideas:

* Ambient Air Quality Monitor with TRITOM BC66, ready, pre-revenue
- Forest Fire Prevention
- Detect CO2 and other readings for early alert of potential new/young fires
- Install all over vulnerable California and monitor alerts at fire stations

* Motion Activated Solar Powered Trail Cam
- I would place them around my wooded property and get pics of wildlife and trespassers
- TRITOM BC66 - Low power, slow upload is adequate
- TRITOM BG96 - video clips and realtime possible

* Remote View Refrigerator and Pantry Contents
- Multiple micro-cameras in my refrigerator, and in my pantry, pointing to the back and down from the bottom of the shelf above it
- Enables viewing shelf contents, on my phone, when I'm at the grocery store, or planning meals
- TRITOM BG96 and/or SBC700 implementations for live viewing
- TRITOM BC66 version would be more passive, it could take pics of shelves and inside doors, as doors are almost closed, while light is on, and slowly upload for cloud viewing

* Whole House Wellness Alert Sensor "Pucks"
- Self-Contained Sensors to Detect Moisture, Humidity, Temperature, Gas, Smoke, CO2, Movement, Insects, Rodents, etc.
- Battery operated, maybe rechargeable, Low battery alert
- Perhaps sold single-function and/or multiple sensor options
- These might also integrate with a security app, including video or picture sensors
- I'd place them on my basement floor for Moisture, Humidity, Temperature, Movement, Insects, Rodents
- I'd place them on a shelf for Gas, Smoke, CO2
- TRITOM SBC700 base implementation might be best with an app to pair the sensors to the base

Come on SRMX, you have the goods, T-Mobile certified that! Bring on the REVENUE!
