The chuck norris post cracks me up. "I know all this stuff but you can't ask me how or I'll have to kill you." No new info. But even if there's a source it's probably not verifiable.
Like my original post states, I'm married to an M&A attorney (also not verifiable). I had her read the LOI to make sure it wasn't written by "idiot lawyers" (very easy to tell and ever present with pinks or if it's a cheap edit off of legalzoom which I've found on the OTC). She's now very interested in which large firms are involved on all sides.
When the share restructuring came out, she told me to buy more because she's done deals like this herself on multiple occasions.
