How about Max and Clan giving away your SRMX share of TriCascade (the operating entity) to unidentified investors through preferred shares of Tri cascade. You are being stripped of your ownership right before your very eyes. Upon a reverse split the Preferred shareholders of SRMX and now Tricascade new shareholders, will leave you with almost nothing as they enjoy any benefits created for Only Tricascade. They are operating two companies now and selling off pieces of Tri cascade as you hold the empty bag of SRMX. You are getting screwed by the Max Clan and new mystery Max Clan Scam.
