Undeniable facts? I didn't see any facts at all.

The undeniable and very well documented fact is that Percy dragged his heels for years, not being able to be reached by the courts due to moving so often (I suppose the cell phone repair business is top secret espionage stuff) that and Percy kept showing up to court late, being unprepared with his submissions causing delay after delay, firing 3 sets of lawyer (then claiming all 3 firms colluded with the defendants), then causing years more delays while he searched for some other firm to represent him on a contingency. At one point Percy sold the company and didn't bother with it any more; oh, then he was compelled to take it back and decided he'd fight the summary judgment.

The case was put back before the courts and the judge threw out ALL of Percy's intellectual property theft claims, effectively ending the case right there. Percy is now free to argue the contract dispute where the defendants are owed in excess of ten million dollars for services rendered

That is the case before the judge after 11 years of Percy wasting time with silly stall motions, and not being able to be found. All the information is contained in the various dockets.

There will be no federal RICO case. It's far too late in the game for that, no basis explained for it and no law enforcement agency has taken up Percy's cause, because there is no cause, just some snake oil salesman not wanting to pay his bills
