I get what your saying. Even if one was a longterm holder say under $50 a share. Well, regardless getting more AAPL shares from split, and accum. More post split shares is a win situation.

Same with Tesl_, I did the same.

I have portions of both shares in IRA, sometimes the cost to sell/buy, and taxes etc. Could determine the situation,though.
