This company is rotten to the core, and those involved are not only directly profiting from revenues generated by Nipton, they are also bleeding shareholders out of all of their money by converting shares are ridiculous rates.

What's going on here? Mojave Hospitality gets revenues from Nipton, turns around and loans that money to American Green through Sunrise Communications, and gets even more money through convertible notes? How is this good for shareholders?
