Debt reduction show strength. It appeals to investors very much, few things will quickly improve pps like solid debt reduction.

Now, my concern. At present share prices, 1.5 million dollars in share reduction could eliminate 37.5 million shares. Against an OS of, what, 1.6 billion shares, that is not going to really go very far.

Even after this plan is executed, it still looks very ripe for a reverse split.
