This is an exotics ranch there are over 22 different species of animal on his farm none of which are native save the turkeys. Pigs are listed in Oregon FG as rodents. No tags no limits. There are no rules in the OFG manual in regards to many (if not all) of the exotics he imports to his ranch, as I said they are considered livestock. This is a private land use and cash grab issue that goes beyond mere tags and licenses.
