TBF I'd show up without lawyer. Definitely not spending a penny to pay someone to agree on my behalf when I am already agreeing.
Acquafins going to either have to pay for my lawyer or the court.
Else, I am going to keep showing up without an appointed attorney.

I could really care less what shareholders, judges, and oppositions think of me, I am still not paying out of pocket for someone to agree to what I am already agreeing to. I'd quit showing up after the first hearing as well after agreeing and the judge said I need legal representation.

Judge should just get him to sign a document where he can't retract instead of delaying the court and speed this whole process up but refuses to without legal representation incase of future problems.
