Hi 1kgwxman, what you received was an email update to all the shareholders. It was not a "boilerplate response" to an email inquiry you may have sent. As frustrating as it is, the company has no choice but to continue to fight the Dimension suit (read extortion) to protect the company's assets. This has to be finished off once and for all, and only then can the company get on with releasing a product without this cloud of ownership over TMMI's technology. In my opinion, this update goes a long way in explaining the lack of news.
