Like i said the only time i recall saying someone was spreading fud in regards to an offering was when Sason bought convertible debt and that was used to inform/scare investors.

Not sure how you can actually believe they dont since sharing IP in of itself is a partnership and that was announced in 2017 in a PR.

Amedica and Zimmer-Biomet (Tokyo Office) provided the femoral heads and acetabular liners; however, neither company actively sponsored the research.

Odd that ZB provides IP without a partnership when the liners could have been purchased off the open market like Biomets G7 that was used in another Sintx study. Yet Ceramtec didnt provide its head for this comparative study.

This is just the first disclosure tying them together. The 2nd of course is using G7 for the ceramic coating study.

Still I think you were aware of the relationship in 2015.
