Highly doubt Harris is speaking about RLF-100 and here's why...

1. Harris is on the RLF-100 DMC reviewing the trail data. He cannot be alluding to a drug in advertisement of it if he is sitting on the DMC. It would be a HUGE medical ethical violation of the committee. Doing so before a FDA trial was complete would subject the trial to massive scrutiny of the WORST kind.

2. There's only a current supply of 1 Million courses of RLF-100...that is not "Millions"

3. VIP isn't a medical miracle because it is manufactured by standard Chemical processes utilizing yeast to make it in very large batches.

An RNA Vaccine would be a medical miracle..
