Whistleblowers, whistleblowers! Not one, but many! And they are on the side of the Plaintiff. And the other worst part for the Defendants is that they lied to the Judge (according to what the CEO has stated). Oh, My!
It's probably why Judge KARA PETTIT couldn't sweep this case under the rug. There are just too many damaging evidence against the Defendants. Her only conclusion had to be a Trial, now in November 2020.
