Do you assume Hagen was helping the FBI based on evidence or wishful thinking? The wheels of justice turn slowly, but grind exceedingly fine. You could be right. Time will tell. It is evident that all these characters worked together for a long time and the business practices were unusually suspicious (for example, the formation of POTN with stifling convertible debt and the subsequent loans with more oppressive convertible debt and the people and motives on both sides of those instruments are suspect at best. The best case is Hagen is not indicted, and that won’t necessarily mean the whole enterprise wasn’t comprised by criminals for illicit purposes. In which case the company’s reputation is still forever tainted, leaving it competitively disadvantaged. Add to it, its debt burden and inability to turn a profit, comparing to other public company investments its a terrible gamble. But at the core of it all is that it was set up as a scam and the rest is lipstick on a pig.
