SECI believes it is the victim of fruad and has the evidence to prove it in court.
That is why defendants couldn't get out of UTAH trial for the past 11 years and their Summary Judgement was denied by the judge too!
It is logical to believe that SECI will file to go back to normal trading after UTAH trial win.
