I put that page at the bottom of the post. It is a statement in the section that describes why the plan is "fair." That does not cap the share award to the unsecured creditors. When the plan was written, that was true, and when those shares are awarded and dumped into the O/S, it is very likely to be true once again as the PPS comes down.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
