I am aware that this board is not a place to put news or updates. I was being sarcastic because no shareholder that I know of received a proxy to vote on the new BOD or was given information that there was an upcoming vote. Apparently we have a new BOD and CEO with absolutely no press release and no shareholder vote. So much for your, "Thankfully, LEEP will no longer be withholding information to the point where shareholders feel the need to come here for their information about the company."

As you stated, "this forum will never be the conduit through which Leep itself will share critical information about the structure of the company."

Funny, I saw a few weeks ago, Scott Record posted on here that there is a new BOD and he signed off as the new CEO. So much for this forum being a conduit of company information. Why not a press release?

Since there is no press release on this new BOD and there compensation, and how they were elected without advanced shareholder knowledge and proxy vote, on behalf of the shareholders I will be contacting the SEC to get this information.
