I now dream that Justice Thomas will have a More prominent and powerful role in the decision. With a heavy Alito/Thomas push we very well may see the bulldozer unleashed. already heading in 5-3, confidently at-least in terms of constitutionality of FHFA with Roberts. are the stars aligning? the court will continue to operate, and I assume schedule will remain unchanged. Political Ramifications as well as down stream are HUGE. DC is going to explode come Monday
