The Reuters article doesn't say anything about a deal it says talks. Are you really expecting a deal a few days after an article about talks is published?

The Tesla photo has been on their site since 2019 according to a long term investor who posted on another site. The twitter post regarding their stock price going up was deleted shortly after it was posted. It stirs speculation and isn't the right thing to post for a company of this caliber. But it's interesting that you are getting high and mighty about that when OTC companies in general tweet that kind of stuff all the time and no one bats an eye.
