Mr. Grabar,
At this time, I trust the current management at CV Sciences. They are continuing to clean house, and I hope they can recover the funds from Mona Jr. I hold over 100K shares, and have confidence that, in time, I will see 7 figure profit on this investment. I am patient.

CVSI is defending themselves with a handful of frivolous lawsuits, which they do not need at this time. I was trying to state that if you litigated against CVSI, I would contact CVSI and stand as a witness for them.

CVSI shareholders voted for the D&O policies, it would be less disruptive to introduce a revision for the next shareholders meeting, don't you think?
