I've already replied to this. The claim was that the price can't go over the ASK. period, hard stop. There were not any additional requirements or conditions on the claim. The burden of proof doesn't fall on me as I'm not making the claim. This isn't guilty until proven innocent.

I'll offer the same deal. Provide proof from Expert Market that the price can not go over ASK in this case $50 and I will sell my shares next week and never post here again.
