That boom in the price of MSSV shares is concerning me. Over a Mill traded hands. Why? My concern lies in the transfer of shares to old LAHO shareholders.

If their ownership is even near what the original MSSV 8-k specifies (which is a remarkable deal for old LAHO shareholders), retail buyers of any MSSV shares KNOW there will be a rapid increase in the O/S (at some point) which will (I would assume) dilute any current pps of MSSV stock (today, over .06!!!).

So it surprises me when I see a run in buying MSSV shares currently. "New" owners of shares at these prices would most assuredly lose - wouldn't they???

What the hell is going on? I have got to missing something or am I misunderstanding our LAHO shareholders 73% ownership of MSSV?

I have resolved myself to understand our take as was specified in the previous MSSV/LAHO 8-k....even though I thought issuing convertible Preferred Shares is a waste of time and that an all inclusive issue of common shares to all involved on account would be simple and derive a dilutive impacted pps right at the get-go once the actual RM is completed.

I am obviously confused due to the rise in current MSSV shares. Can someone put a reasonable explanation on board to clarify if buying MSSV shares NOW is reasonable?
