There will be an increase in the O/S per the "plan." 100 shares of stock for every dollar to the unsecured creditors (including Auctus). That is the very definition of dilution.

Because of that, there will have to be either an increase to the A/S or a RS. I'd bet on the A/S first until all those shares are dumped into the O/S

Anybody that wanted to "buyout" this company could have had it for a song in bankruptcy.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
