Necessarily, the company cannot discuss the details of development activities until announcements are appropriate. We look forward to the opportunity to provide substance and details in the near future.

Beyond this, the company has continued to invest substantial time and resources in the litigation brought by Dimension, Inc. This protracted litigation has been supported to protect TMMI's legacy, its assets, and all of its shareholders.
