It was already known 9 months ago that the company had a fighting chance with the settlement thanks to the plaintiffs. I said at the time that a 7c pps is ridiculous and should be closer to 20c or 30c.

But things have deteriorated since then. Covid-19, pink sheets, and we lost the Mega Farm. The stock dividend is dead. Fredly is not saying a word and not even Peter H sounds convincing. We should be trading at 10c now, not at 30c. But it will probably take this fake market another 4 months to see my points. Complete joke.
