After voting no across the board, except for Timmins and Patel, I saw the SP at $3.52, so entered a GTC at $35.20 Who knows, perhaps a short may need to cover.

The only people making money out of CytpDyn are the directors. I have no idea what "labour" they perform, for their massive compensation. No wonder they were sued for unjust enrichment.
Sitting on their backsides sometimes shuffling paper will not be tolerated much longer, the day of investor revolt is coming, and words such as disgorgement and clawback may be used.
