I hope all is well. After thinking about the conference call and re-reading the press release from 8-24-2020 I have a question? During the conference call you mentioned the capital raise that LVXI will be doing. The PR also states there will be an S1 capital raise of no less than $5 million dollars. Will the shareholders have an opportunity to participate in this?

Thank you for your e-mail. Currently GEOcommand is offering our shareholders an opportunity to acquire “seller shares” which would be included in the upcoming S-1 Registration Statement as mentioned on the Annual Shareholder Meeting.
