In a sense I think that is pretty close to the mark. Perhaps it would be best to consider that this is all a consolidation process that will go on in a wide range for 15-20 years. Thats where I am at any way. The moves up and out of these long term channels, that go on for years are the bull moves, and then it starts all over again. This is why I think the actual peak was spring 98. We have been forming the boundaries of the range since then and slope of the channel
