Being vegan, I became familiar with Tattooed Chef as soon as their products were available here. Basically I live in one of the fried food capitals of the US. Their products are very good but not all of their products are available here as yet. I was also an early adoptee of many other favorites that have entirely replaced meat and chicken, still stick to some heart healthy fish, but all vegan and organic otherwise. I see this lifestyle trend increasing and more and more products moving from the specialty boutique groceries to mainstream. I believe this so sound and smart an investment I have divested myself from long held stocks just to increase my stake here. So that's my testament to the products, the industry, consumer trend and belief this has the potential to be a very big player. GLTA
