Their probably isn’t a set price. The deal is probably setup to always be a certain percentage lower than the current price. And when they do borrow more money the amount per borrow is probably limited. This way it gives white lion time to dump their new shares. Once they dump them then they are able to borrow more with their price adjusted again based on the current stock price.

Now steps in the mm. They will buy up these new shares, minus the small amount that some new suckers that come along and buy. Then after they’ve loaded up with their hundreds of millions of shares, they will create a false run, like we saw about a month ago, and dump them at a much high price. There’s alway day traders looking for the next run. These are the suckers the mm play every time. Sure a few of the day traders will get lucky and buy and then sell at the right time, but most will not. It’s a sad state what the mms can do in the otc markets, but it is what it is.
